Note:

Resetting your app or browser will log you out of any active Notion accounts. Make sure you have your login information handy so you can sign back in after resetting!
Not seeing your menu bar? On Windows, you may have to press alt to see it appear.

Nulstilling af Notion kan hjælpe med at løse problemer, såsom at indhold ikke vises korrekt.

Nulstil Notion til desktop

Sådan nulstiller du Notion til desktop:

Vælg View i din enheds menulinje → Force reload.
Vælg Help i din menulinje → Troubleshooting → Reset & Erase All Local Data.
Luk Notion, og derefter:
- På Mac: Åbn Finder, og vælg derefter Go → Go To Folder i din menulinje. Indtast /Users/, og slet derefter Notion.
- På Windows: I Stifinder skal du gå til C:\Users\, og derefter slette Notion.
Download appen til desktop igen på https://notion.com/download.

If you’re getting an error message when trying to delete Notion, make sure of the following:

You’ve quit the Notion app completely (it’s not running in the background or system tray).
There are no Notion processes running in Task Manager.

Then, try deleting the app again.

Chrome og Microsoft Edge

Åbn Udviklerværktøjer ved hjælp af cmd + option + i til Mac, eller ctrl + shift + i for Windows.
Med Udviklerværktøjer åbne, højreklik på opdateringsknappen i din browser.
Vælg Empty Cache and Hard Refresh.
I Udviklerværktøjer skal du gå til Applikation og udvide Cookies i venstre side.
Højreklik på Notion-linket og vælg Clear.

Safari

Åbn Safari-menuen i din systemmenulinje, og vælg Preferences.
I Privacy-sektionen skal du vælge Manage Website Data.
Find og vælg Notion, og vælg derefter Remove All.

Firefox

Til venstre for URL'en skal du vælge 🔒 → Clear Cookies and Site Data → Remove.

Nulstil Notion til mobil

For at nulstille Notion til mobil skal du blot slette app fra din enhed og geninstallere den. Du skal ikke bekymre dig om at miste dine Notion-data — de er synkroniseret med din konto!
